The CARGO NET rating is in the mesh design - slip less knots with each strand of cord and hook rated at 100 kg.
The CARGO NET containment rating of 500 kg with all hooks engaged (23 strands and 23 hooks) is conservative however the elastic pretension over unsecured items reduces their movement and resettles them when they do. Items that are carried singularly or loaded by hand without a lifting device are goods and chattels that need containment rather than a spider web of individual lashing devices - that said as a general rule items heavier than 20 kg need a lashing device along with bulky items attracting a wind loading. Some smaller items may need to be bundled together (use iLash Crown devices) to increase their size and decrease there likely hood of
slipping through the cargo net.
